I’m a computer programmer, and usually go by aydwi on the Internet. I respect lean and assiduously built software and the people who make it possible. Among other things, I’m interested in open-source software, mathematics and (military) aviation.

I’m currently a graduate student in the Computer Science department at the University of California, Irvine. At my last stint, I spent time writing low-level software to find hardware bugs in CPU cores implementing the open-source RISC-V ISA with the (seriously) extraordinary team over at Valtrix Systems. Some of my work formed part of a talk I gave at the RISC-V World Conference ‘21 at ShanghaiTech University, China. I have also collaborated with the team at Freedom of the Press Foundation on the SecureDrop project.

I use GitHub to publish my open-source projects (check out my *WIP* homebrew CLI wrapper), and this website for the occasional write up (nothing online yet, but soon). Reach out to me via email or LinkedIn.
